1) Shipping Time does not include a 3-8 business days processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
2) You will be informed if an item in your order is not available for immediate shipment. Therefore, the order may be separated into different shipments (for no extra charge), and items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day.
3) If you would like to cancel a backordered item in your order, simply send us your request by submitting a ticket, we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.

5) You can simply log into your account and click “My Orders” to view your order status. Please submit a ticket within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive on time. Our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
